How to Raise a Dispute?
If your bill payment failed, or your biller confirms non-receipt of payment after the amount was debited from your account, you must raise a complaint within the GimBooks Pay app or contact our support team immediately. We will require the BBPS Transaction Reference Number (Ref No.) and the Biller Account ID.Sets clear expectations for the required information to initiate a formal BBPS dispute.
What is Bill Payment Dispute Resolution Timeline?
All BBPS payment disputes are resolved under the NPCI-mandated timeline. The typical resolution period is T+5 business days (where T is the date of complaint registration). GimBooks Pay and MobiKwik will act promptly to ensure the dispute is resolved and the refund/credit is processed as per BBPS norms.
